Directed to attend anger management? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, you are in the right place. Anger management is a safe, non-judgmental journey of self-awareness and change. It is designed to help you gain a better understanding of your anger and how to manage it more effectively, to minimize conflict and to have more positive relationships.
Clients are self-referred and will be asked to sign an Anger Management Treatment Plan and Retainer Agreement developed with your particular needs in mind. Anger management may be completed in 5 to 8, one-hour sessions. If requested, a letter of completion for Anger Management will be provided.
