Couples Counselling

Is your relationship painful? Are you feeling unappreciated and contemplating a separating? Do you feel hurt, angry and resentful towards your partner? Is your partner overly critical or withdrawn? Is there an emotional and physical disconnect?


If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, couples counselling could be helpful to you. You will have an opportunity to express your concerns about your relationship and your partner. You will learn relational, communication and conflict resolution skills. You will learn how to overcome problematic relationship patterns, to address and overcome past hurts and to work towards achieving a happier, and more fulfilling relationship. Or, you may decide after a deeper exploration of your relationship that you want to proceed with a separation.
